Delete it yourself, in the app
This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.
- Open WatchGarden
- Tap the lock icon and enter your parent PIN
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account
- Confirm
What gets deleted
Everything stored against your account is permanently removed:
- Your account and the email address associated with it (Firebase Authentication)
- Kid profiles — names and avatars
- Approved channels for each profile
- Liked videos
- Watch activity history
- Screen-time limits and bedtime settings
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no recovery period.
What is not deleted
- Your subscription is not cancelled. Subscriptions belong to your Google Play account, not to this app, so deleting your WatchGarden account cannot cancel one. Cancel in the Play Store first or you will continue to be charged for a subscription you can no longer sign in to.
- Purchase records are retained by Google Play and RevenueCat under their own policies, for accounting and chargeback purposes.
- Data on your device is separate from your account. Remove it by clearing the app's data in your device settings, or by uninstalling the app.
If you can't access the app
Email cristobalbtech@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, asking for account deletion. The same data listed above will be deleted within 30 days.
